Subclass 300: Prospective Marriage Visa

Access to government benefits: May be eligible for certain benefits, such as Family Tax Benefit and Parental Leave Pay, once in Australia.
Subclass 820: Partner (Temporary) Visa
Live, work, and study in Australia: Stay with your partner while your permanent visa (Subclass 801) is processed.
Access to Medicare: Eligible for Australia’s public healthcare system from the time you apply.
Travel rights: Freedom to travel in and out of Australia.
Access to English classes: Eligible for free English lessons through the Adult Migrant English Program.
Pathway to permanent residency: The 820 visa leads to the permanent Partner Visa (Subclass 801).
Access to some government benefits: May be eligible for certain Centrelink payments, such as Family Tax Benefit and Parental Leave Pay
